The US Case
The US Case in Thailand
On March 6, 2008, American government
agents attempted to kidnap Victor Bout from a hotel in
Thailand and send him to the United States on a US
government private jet. The operation was conducted as an
undercover operation using one of Victor's old friends as a
Laure.
The DEA - State Department operation was
nothing short than a manifestation of the Bush-Cheney's
arrogant behavior and total disregard of the law and
decency. The United States government thought that they will
be unchallenged if they used the kingdom of Thailand as if
it is a state of their own to kidnap Victor and ship him out
to the United States in an uncoordinated terrorist-style
operation.
The operation failed, and the US
government was forced to deal with the court of law, a
matter the Bush-Cheney's regime always intended to avoid
because most of what they had done post 9/11 was illegal.
The legal process was delayed and delayed over again at the
request of the United States government; although, most of
its propaganda parlors filled the American media and the
internet with the same old false stories that Victor was
causing the delay. The
certified official court documents revealed that the
actual arrest took place on April 29 rather than March 6;
two month after the day Victor was detained, and the request
for extradition was submitted by the United States
government four-months later, at the end of June 2008.
The US agents claimed to have evidence
supporting whatever lies they have made, but lies cannot be
supported and that is why the army of US government agents,
diplomats, and envoys dispatched to Thailand to appear in
court failed to produce or show any shred of credible
evidence. The political agenda of the US government was
challenged by the what is known as "truth and facts." The
Thai court cited that most of what the US provided as
evidence is nothing but "hearsay", a worthless matter in the
world of reality and what is the back-bone of all actions
taken by the Bush-Cheney regime in relation to matter of
Victor Bout as it can be seen in the case of
Richard
Chichakli. Download copies of the US unsealed

Upon the arrest of Bout, Thailand
Prosecutor General investigated Victor's conducts and
activities in Thailand and found that no crime or violation
of any Thai or International law was committed by Victor
Bout on Thai soils, the Thai prosecutor dropped all charges
against Victor in June of 2008 as seen in the court
documents. Under the Thai law Victor should be released from
custody within 82 days after his arrest if no charges were
brought against him; however, Victor is still in jail after
more than one and one-half of of a year.
On August 11, 2009 the Thai court
rejected the request of the US government to extradite
Victor Bout to the US on the ground that the US case is
political and politically motivated, and because the US
failed to show evidence in support of its allegations
against Victor.
The politically-motivated American allegations
are designed to support, justify, and try to show cause
for
George Bush's executive order 13348 particularly after
the the Bout affairs intensive six-year investigation and
which was conducted between September 15, 2002 and
August of 2008, and which claimed the livelihood of
Richard
Chichakli as a victim. The investigation was based on
information obtained from Sinjivan Ruprah, the Indian-Kenyan
who worked as Taylor financial advisor and shadow minister
of finance for Liberia. Ruprah provided false information
and made a deal with the Bush regime upon his arrest in
Belgium in February of 2002 in order to gain release from
prison.
The said six-year investigation resulted in finding no relation
whatsoever between the former Liberian president Charles
Taylor and Victor Bout or his American friend Richard
Chichakli, and no evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever neither
by Bout or Chichakli. The FBI' led investigation
revealed that Ruprah supplied the Bush-Cheney's regime with
false information to secure his release from prison.
Richard Chichakli is not, and was not ever accused or
charged for any wrongdoing since he was illegally targeted
by the Bush-Cheney's regime on April 26, 2005.
